Difference of Fever in Opium and Aconite nap

Dr. T.F. Allen writes that the fever of Aconite is very similar to Opium. In Opium's fever, the heat is very intense and rapid, without any perspiration. A distinctive feature is that there is a rapid onset of thirst, and dominance of sleep exceeds the normal limit. However, unlike Aconite, there is no restlessness, fear, or anxiety in Opium's fever.

πŸ“Opium fever occurs intermittently and continuously, showing both types.

πŸ“Gelsemium's fever is also similar to Opium's, but unlike Opium, there is no thirst in Gelsemium's fever.
